At almost 13 years Edie doesn't think she's too old for anything, especially Whisker Walking! This will be Edie's 5th Whisker Walk and only her second year walking by herself. She knows she has some pretty big paws to fill but Kat and Jazz are right there walking beside her in spirit!

It's a big job but Edie is up to the task - she'll do what ever it takes to help her friends at BEAR. Edie believes that all the orphans at BEAR should have cookies and pats - walks and rides - fluffy beds and love - just like she has... She doesn't understand that humans would ever be anything but kind, or would ever not feed their akitas or brush them or hold their paw when they are sick - nope she just doesn't get it and it makes her determined!

With a nick-name like Mrs Demandy Pants you can only guess how determined she really is! Determined to walk the walk and bring in her goal for those Akitas that don't have what she has.

Kat and Jazz are watching baby girl - and they are SO proud. "You go girl"
